7.1.4 Features
400 ECO mode
Activation of the function.
The heat recovery rotor (VVX) setpoint is equal to the set temperature setpoint in the current operating mode and the reheat gets a new temperature setpoint according to parameter 401.
The temperature setpoint of the reheat can never be higher than the temperature setpoint of the heat recovery.
401 Setpoint ECO
Fixed setpoint for reheat.
410 Cooling forcing
Function activation. Increased fan capacity when cooling is required.
411 Refrigeration increase
With the cooling control signal, the capacity of the supply air fan and extract air fan in the current operating mode in % is increased by the control signal with the value set in the parameter.
415 Refrigeration recovery
Activation of the function.
416 Cooling recovery difftemp
The rotary heat exchanger starts when the extract air temperature is lower than the outdoor air temperature - set value in the parameter and cooling signal exceeds 10 per cent.
420 Free cooling via outside air
Activation of the function.
The function means that when the conditions of parameters 441 and 442 are fulfilled, the supply air gets a new setpoint equal to the minimum limitation according to parameter 262.
421 Free cooling at outdoor air temperature
Free cooling allowed at outdoor temperature higher than set value.
422 Free cooling at exhaust air temperature
Free cooling start temperature when the extract air temperature exceeds the set value.
430 Defrosting
Activation of the function.
During the defrost period (parameter 432), the unit defrosts at regular intervals (parameter 433) if the outdoor air temperature is lower than the set value (parameter 431). This function means that the supply air fan runs in 20% mode, the heat exchanger (rotor) runs on the 78% control signal, the extract air fan runs for at least 50%, and any preheating is switched on.
431 Defrosting start at Utetemp
Defrosting Start at outside temperature.
432 Defrosting time
Defrosting time in minutes.
433 Defrosting interval
Defrosting interval in minutes.
440 Winter drift
Activation of the function.
Winter operation means that, at a certain outdoor temperature, the fans’ capacity is adjusted and the rotor’s moisture recovery is reduced. When the outdoor air temperature is lower than the set start temperature, fan adjustment begins and reaches full adjustment at a temperature 10°C lower than the start temperature.
Moisture reduction means that the rotor recovers less moisture, thereby reducing problems with condensation on windows and other cold surfaces; however, efficiency is reduced slightly.
441 Winter operation Start temperature
Winter operation starts at outdoor temperatures lower than the set value.
442 Winter operation Fan Supply air
Max fan adjustment supply air.
443 Winter operation Fan Exhaust air
Max fan adjustment exhaust air.
433 Winter operation Moisture reduction Rotor
Adjusts the rotor moisture recovery. When reducing humidity, the recommended level is 60 per cent.
480 Back-up operation
Back-up operation:
- Supply air fan = Off.
- Exhaust fan = On (capacity according to the respective operating mode).
- Rotor = On.
- Reheat = Off.
- Preheater = Off.
485 Fire function 1
The function is activated when the closure of input A or B is broken if either input is initialised as External Fire 1.
486 Fire function 2
The function is activated when the closure of input A or B is broken if either input is initialised as External Fire 2.
The fire function is selectable in four modes:
- Supply air fan off, extract air fan off. Preheating and reheating off.
- Supply air fan off, extract air fan 100 per cent. Pre- and post-heating off.
- Supply air fan 100 per cent, extract air fan off. Pre- and post-heating off.
- Supply air fan 100 per cent, extract air fan 100 per cent. Pre- and post-heating off.
