Error description Alarm

8A Heater, Low increase

Occurs if dehumidification is ON and wet air temperature is lower than temperature for regluft + 5.

Possible causes:

  • Broken heater
  • Broken power relay
  • Broken relay on main board
  • If the rotor is very humid, it may take a long time for the temperature to rise
  • Tripped fuse in feeding centre

Adjusting parameter 915 may solve the problem.

9A Heater, High at off

Occurs if dehumidification is OFF and wet air temperature is higher than temperature for regluft + 10.
Possible causes:

  • Short circuit in relay contact

10B Capacity, dehumidified.

Occurs if dehumidification is ON for more than 10 days and operation mode is NOT set to CONSTANT mode.

Possible causes:

  • Problems with heaters
  • Problems with the rotor
  • Too small capacity of the dehumidifier for that space (unable to dehumidify)

21B Pro Air High

Occurs if the process air temperature is above 40 degrees.

Possible causes:

  • Leakage from wet air to process air
  • High temperature in dehumidified space
