6.9 Adjustment, commissioning
Normally, the changes below do not need to be made. These changes are only made in case of more advanced tuning.
EvoDry Pro desiccant dehumidifiers are adjusted at the factory for maximum dehumidification capacity and energy efficiency. Normally, you do not need to change the fan capacity under parameter 110, 111, 112 or 120.
Process and reg air flow capacities are shown under technical data for each model.
Air flows are measured on the suction side, i.e. the process or recirculation side.
When changing parameters 110, 111, 112 and 120, the following table values should be considered for best performance.
| EvoDry Pro dehumidifier | 30 | 60 | 120 | 180 | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Unit | |||||
| Number of phases | 1 | 1 | 3 | 3 | st |
| Max total power | 2000 | 2800 | 6100 | 10600 | W |
| Max total current per phase | 9 | 12 | 9 | 15 | A |
| Process air flow, min - max | 100 - 260 | 200 - 500 | 400 - 1000 | 800 - 2100 | m3/h |
| Rain air flow, min - max | 25 - 70 | 50 - 120 | 70 - 180 | 120 - 300 | m3/h |
| Ratio, recommended reg / process air flow | 28 | 25 | 18 | 24 | % |
Procedure:
- Switch on the dehumidifier and set parameter 200 to constant on so that you know for sure that the dehumidification process is starting.
- Let the dehumidifier run for at least 5 minutes after switching on heating stage 2 so that full power is obtained.
- Change values in small steps, the most important thing is to check that the maximum electrical power is not exceeded.
- Check that the values are within the allowed ranges according to the table above.
- Set parameter 200 to the desired humidity control mode.
- Set the desired setpoint.
