7.1.4 Features

400 ECO mode

Activation of the function.

Värmeåtervinningsrotorn (VVX) börvärde är lika med inställt temperaturbörvärde i aktuellt driftläge och eftervärmen får nytt temperaturbörvärde enligt parameter 401. Temperaturbörvärdet för eftervärmen kan aldrig vara högre än värmeåtervinningens temperaturbörvärde.

Funktionen slås sedan på i Menu 1.

401 Setpoint ECO

Fixed setpoint for reheat.

410 Hot start temperature

Warm start when the outside air is lower than the set value.

411 Hot start time

Startfördröjning av tilluftsfläkt och blockering av internt elbatteri, övertryckstimer och forcerad timer under inställd tid när temperaturen understiger värdet i parameter 410. Alltid varmstart på minst 30 sekunder oavsett temperatur och tid.

420 Fire function

The function is activated when the end between terminals 9 and 10 is broken.

Selectable in four modes:

  1. Supply air fan stops, extract air fan stops. Damper closes. Heating* and cooling outputs off.
  2. Supply air fan stops, extract air fan 100 per cent. Dampers open. Heating* and cooling outputs off.
  3. Supply air fan 100 per cent, extract air fan stop. Damper opens. Heating* and cooling outputs off.
  4. Supply air fan 100 per cent, extract air fan 100 per cent. Dampers open. Heating* and cooling outputs off.

*Heat output 100 per cent with water coil.

430 Cooling forcing

Aktivering av funktion. Kapacitetsökning av fläktar vid kylbehov.

431 Refrigeration increase

With the cooling control signal, the capacity of the supply air fan and extract air fan in the current operating mode in % is increased by the control signal with the value set in the parameter.

435 Refrigeration recovery

Activation of the function.

436 Refrigeration recovery difftemp

The rotary heat exchanger starts when the extract air temperature is lower than the outdoor air temperature - set value in the parameter and cooling signal exceeds 10 per cent.

440 Free cooling via outside air

Aktivering av funktion. Funktionen innebär att när villkoren för parametrar 441 och 442 är uppfyllda får tilluften nytt börvärde som är lika med minbegränsning enligt parameter 262.

441 Free cooling at outdoor air temperature

Free cooling allowed at outdoor temperature higher than set value.

442 Free cooling at exhaust air temperature

Free cooling start temperature when the extract air temperature exceeds the set value.

450 Defrosting

Activation of the function.

Aggregatet avfrostar under avfrostningstid parameter 452 med jämna avfrostningsintervaller parameter 453 om uteluftenstemperaturen är lägre än inställt värde parameter 451. Funktionen innebär att tilluftsfläkt går i 20% och värmeväxlare (rotor) går på 78% styrsignal samt att frånluftsfläkten går i minst 50% samt ev förvärme är på.

451 Defrosting start at Utetemp

Defrosting Start at outside temperature.

452 Defrosting time

Defrosting time in minutes.

453 Defrosting interval

Defrosting interval in minutes.

454 VVX Control

Activation of the function. The function means that if the heat exchanger (rotor) stops, 3 attempts are made to start it again before the alarm goes off.

At plus degrees, the control signal to the heat exchanger and the supply air fan becomes 0 for 2 minutes, the extract air fan continues after the set value. Then the heat exchanger is tested for 1 minute, if the heat exchanger starts signalling again, the unit returns to normal operation.

If it is below freezing outside, it is assumed that the heat exchanger has frozen. 455 Winterisation

Activation of the function.

Winter operation means that at a certain outdoor temperature, the capacity of the fans is adjusted and the moisture recovery of the rotor is reduced. When the outdoor air temperature is lower than the set start temperature, fan adjustment starts and has full adjustment at 10°C lower temperature than the start temperature.

Moisture reduction rotor means that the rotor recovers less moisture and problems with condensation on windows and other cold surfaces are reduced, however the efficiency is slightly reduced.

456 Winter operation Start temperature

Winter operation starts at outdoor temperatures lower than the set value.

457 Winter operation Fan Supply air

Max fan adjustment supply air.

458 Winter operation Fan Exhaust air

Max fan adjustment exhaust air.

459 Winter operation Moisture reduction Rotor

Justerar rotorns fuktåtervinning. Vid fuktreducering är lämpligt värde 60%.

When moisture is reduced, the rotor loses some efficiency.

460 Overpressure timer (stove timer)

Tilluftsfläkten går i 80% och frånluftsfläkt går i 20% kapacitet i under den tid som är ställd i parametern. Återgår efter inställd tid till föregående driftläge.

461 Forcing hours

Operation mode forcing active for the time set in the parameter. Returns to the previous operating mode after the set time.

465 Presence, switch-off delay

Activation of the function.

When the presence detector (accessory) detects presence on the relevant external input, the unit changes to that operating mode. Returns time set operating mode after set time.

Can be overridden with panel and other external inputs to a higher operating mode.

466 Attendance, Operating mode

Minimum operating mode when presence is detected.

467 Attendance, Operating Mode Return

Return to operating mode after presence not recorded.

470-472 Prioritisation

Operating mode:

  • Fire function, terminals 9 & 10 open.
  • Stop, terminal 7 & 8 open.
  • Forced, terminals 1 & 4 closed.
  • Comfort, terminal 1 & 3 closed.
  • Spar, terminal 1 & 2 closed.
  • Display.

If the priority order, parameter 470-472, is set to “Priority”, the order as above applies if more inputs are active.

If the priority order, parameters 470-472, is set to “Last input”, the last command is valid until the next command.

If parameter 470 is “Prio”, parameters 471-472 are automatically set to “Prio” as well and become hidden in the control panel.

475 Engine type

  • Induction motor.
  • Stepper motor.
  • stepper motor RS Nema17.

476 Stepper motor RS Max speed

The maximum speed of the engine.

477 Stepper motor RS Amperage

The strength of the engine.

478 Stepper motor RS Direction

The engine direction.

The engine type and its values are factory settings and should not be changed!

480 Standby / Emergency

Back-up operation:

  • Supply air fan = Off.
  • Exhaust air fan = On (capacity according to factory settings in each operating mode in %).
  • Rotor = On.
  • Internal electric battery = Off.
  • For water coil = Normal regulation.

The unit is running EJ in standby mode in case of an alarm on the exhaust fan, low return water temperature or sensor error on the return water sensor.

482 Exercise driving

Exercise run of rotor. Rotor runs 1 minute at 12:00 and 24:00 if the rotor has been stationary for more than 3 hours.

Not valid for stopped units, choose “Stanby” instead!

490 EvoCool, Interlocking diff

Pre-setting temperature of EvoCool if outdoor temperature is lower than humidified extract air to prevent condensation precipitation.

491 EvoCool, Cooling signal, Delayed

Delay of cooling signal, terminal 37.

492 EvoCool, Timing, Drying

Tidpunkt på dygnet när torkning av befuktningsdynan sker. Torktiden är ca en timme beroende på ingående tillstånd.

(In the latter part of the drying period, the cooling effect is low or none.)

495 EvoCool, RF Hysteresis

How low to allow the moisture content to drop below the peak value in the cooling module. Higher numbers mean lower water consumption but slightly lower cooling effect.

496 EvoCool, Time under hysteresis

The time moisture content shall be below the value in parameter 495.

497 EvoCool, First humidification time

To humidify the cooling module the first time when cooling is required.

498 EvoCool, Humidification time

Time to maintain moisture content in the refrigeration module.
